Stuck for choice and need help sony,pioneer,Yamaha
i need a new av amp and I'm stuck for choice out of 3 different models the first is Yamaha RXV673 (£494) 2nd Sony STRDN1030 (£399.95) and 3rd pioneer VSX922 (£349) any help would be great all seem to be pretty equal but I could do with a few views from other people

At that price the Yammy is a no brainer - just go buy it - great amp at a knockdown price with the wi fi adaptor thrown in.

Which speakers have you got? It really depends on the synergy between your speakers & AV receiver. An award winning receiver may not necessarily perform in an award winning way if paired incorrectly.
The Yamaha was What HiFi's award winning product of the year, so that would be a safe choice.
