Hello Experts,
I am a newbie in this field. Currently, am planning to set-up a home-theater system in my room which is around 60 sq meters. With this, what is the best A/V receiver and speaker system for a budget of 2000 USD. The A/V receivers & Speaker system I am comparing are Onkyo (A/V receiver) & Wharfe Dale (speaker system) and Yamaha (A/V receiver) & Maurdant Short(speaker system). Really appreciate your inputs.

60sqm? Seriously? That's 6x10, 5x12, 8x7.5, BIG room, are you setting up an actual cinema?

Thanks for responding.  Sorry for the confusion.  The room is 160 sq ft (around 15sq mtrs).

Hi Big Boss, thanks for the inputs.... I am planning to buy either

1.  Onkyo TX-NR 414 for the receiver and for the speaker Wharf Dale Diamod HCP 5.0 Diamond Speaker system with 10SX-Sub "or"

2.  Yamaha RX-V471 for the receiver and for the speaker Mordaunt Short Mezzo System B.

I can not decide which receiver and speaker I should buy.

Really appreciate any response.

I wouldn't worry about home cinema, if the room is shrinking that fast I'd get the hell out of there asap
