What kind video processor use Pioneer VSX-LX55 for video upscaling?

Not 100% on this but i have reason to believe it's Anchor Bay. I have seen two uk retail sites with reference to this.
It's a bit strange because the US equivalent VSX53 is 100% Qdeo. Which is why i not 100% on the UK LX55.
