Pioneer LX85 Power Down Issue

Hi,

I have recently had an issue that when I go to switch off the amp, it refuses to turn off.  No sound will come through it, but the front diaplay is lit up like it is still switched on.  My sub gets switched off via the 12v trigger jack and you can hear the amp click as if it is switching off.  After a while the power light remains on and just the FL Off light blinks.  

Has anyone else encountered any similar issues with this amp?
