Onkyo 3405 / Onkyo 5405 / Denon DHT-1311XP / Any other good value Amp + Speaker Package?

I am looking for a good AV receiver + Speaker Package with 4-5 HDMi inputs, Active Sub Woofer, around 350 pricing, good for movies, music and gaming, should output sound from the TV, without removing cables to the AV receiver, when I dont need it.
My living room is small - 12 x 15 x 10. Due to my budget, my options are limited and I would like to get the best one that falls within it.
