I have a Sony STR-DE997 receiver.

I am want to hook up 7.1 surround in one zone. I have that part figured out. But, what I want to have two other zones with speakers. My receiver has A, B and A+B capability.

My plan is to send the audio feed out of the 2nd zone analog outputs to a speaker selector box. Then from there to volume controls and then to my speakers.

Will this allow me to play what is on the tv on the other speakers at the same time? Will the receiver have enough power to run all the speakers at once? (120w X 7)? Do I even need the speaker selector box?

Thanks in advance for the help!
