Dumb question...

When you play a movie (blu-ray) though an AV amp, do you have to choose which sound from the disc you want or will the best one (I don't see how that would be determined) be used automatically?

Many thanks

Hi,

Some discs default to the HD format on the disc and others may default to stereo or 2.0 PCM.

It can be annoying having to select the format at times.

Thanks Mike.

I did wonder if it'd be vaguely annoying but I thought I was being a grumpy old man! Smile
