Looking for new A/V rec. with my Acoustic Energy EVO speakers and my ARCAM DV137 univ. player. ARCAM AVR360 ?, or ???

Hi all, new here but like all that What Hi FI offers to us. Time to replace my AV receiver, I now have a YAMAHA RX V1600. I do not plan to upgrade my ARCAM DV137 or my A/E AEGIS EVO three's, one's, center, sub combo. Was thinking about an ARCAM AVR360. I do need a A/V with a phono input. Also recently puchased a SONY XBR 909, so I want to have an A/V to work with my TV. Sound is more important to me than the movie portion. So if you all could give me any suggestions I would appriciate it. Rotel?, Sony?, ?????
