Gapless Streaming Support - Yamaha RX-V673 or Denon AVR 2113

Apologies if this ends up repeating - my initial post failed to appear.

In a nutshell I am about to splash out on a Yamaha RX-V673 or a Denon AVR 2113. I'm not going to be able to audition them and my ageing ears don't really appreciate the finer nuances these days anyway. However, I can hear gaps in my music when they appear so I am looking for an amp that offer gapless DLNA streaming support, ideally with Apple Lossless files but if not then with FLAC (sigh - goes looking for dbPoweramp).

I wondered if any forum users were using either of these receivers and if so if they could speak to either the gapless or Apple lossless questions from direct experience? 

Also be interested in opinions on the relative merits of the two receivers. They will mostly be used by the kids for PS3 gaming and by the family for movies. Now and again though I get the room to myself and spin up some music - usually it will be via Airplay but from time to time it'll be from the NAS so in either circumstance be good to have decent stereo performance.
