Do I need to upgrade my AV beacuse I now have a 3D Pan TV30?

I have a Yamaha DSP AX763 - do I needc to upgrade to say a Onkyo TX-NR609 because of the 3D - Panasonic TX-P55VT30 that I've just bought? I paly it through the Yamaha and all seems good?

Why not buy a Panasonic blue ray player with 2 HDMIs one goes into the Yamaha 763 and the other goes into Panasonic 55VT30. That way you get the sound and 3D picture and save money unless of course you want to upgrade.

Thanks Chris, I've recently bought the Sony S570, not realising that I'd be getting the Panasonic TV.
Suppose I will have to upgrade my AV to a 3D AV.

Now you will have fun chosing a receiver to go with your KEFs. I previously had a floorstanding KEFs powered by my Onkyo 905 but my son wanted the KEFs for his birthday so I had to buy B&W 685 Theatre Cool. Now you have the pleasure of auditioning receivers with your KEFs.
