Hi,

Here goes.....

I have a denon 3311ci receiver and will purchase a 6tb nas to store all my DVDs and blurays on to clear some space.

Questions.

1. Whats the best software to rip the bluray and DVDs onto the nas so I can get the artwork etc?
2. Will the denon recognise the nas or do I need a network media tank like a popcorn hour?
3. Will the denon upscale images via the nas / popcorn hour?

Regards

RE: AV receivers

The Denon will only stream audio and still pictures from a NAS; to stream video content you'll need a separate device.

RE: AV receivers

...and for 6TB you are probably going to need a 4 bay device.

AFAIK a lot of the 2 bay models don't support 3TB disks yet....
