Amp to replace Yamaha dspax763

I've got MA RS6 package and Pioneer bdplx52 player. Is it worth upgrading the amp? What about the vsxlx52 to go with the player? Budget £250 s/h.

Only last week I sold my 763 and bought a rxv 1900 for £280. I too have the rs6 but only the fronts at the moment as I've just jumped from stereo. I think the 1900 is a great amp, just missing those scene buttons of the 763 which I found very useful.
