Amp has a mind of its own

Can anyone shed some light on why my Yamaha DSP-AX863SE has suddenly decided to automaticaly switch channels and keep turning ints self on.

Have you unplugged it for a few minutes and tried again? Maybe reset the device? (check the manual how to do that)

Have tried resetting it and leaving unplugged for a few hours ,still the same any other suggestions?

Have you anything new / recently added to the room that may be transmitting IR?
