WoW ... can't believe i'm too late for my suggestion ... i was going to say to get one of those very realistic toy baby's .... women love babies! 
You don't know many women do you? Every woman I know finds those things disturbingly hideous (I mean the dolls...), the only "women" who love them are 12 year old girls...
I don't think she would like it...
Currently thinking of what to get her for this Christmas... and I'm not doing good on ideas for that one so far...

Until my fiance felt a little left out, In the end I gave her a "shopping spree" on Lovehoney. that soon put a grin on her face ! lol

Well, that one is successfully closed now - it was a two-day trip to Milan, a LaScala opera in a nice box and stay in a great hotel. Lots of good italian food. She liked it!
