Transferring songs from Iphone 4

I have an Iphone 4 with about 8GB of my fave tunes on - somehow my wife conected her Ipod Touch to my laptop Itunes program and she's now replaced all the songs in my Itunes with her songs.
How do I go about getting the songs from my Iphone back in to Itunes??? It keeps telling me that if I sync the phone then all songs on the phone will be erased.
Thanks in anticipation

Thanks Bigboss, it appears that she must have used Itunes while i was signed on and now her library has removed mine! When I connect and attempt to sync then it tells me that all songs on the Iphone will be replaced by those in Itunes....which I don't want....

I have a Ipod 2GB first generation model, I want to know how can i transfer all the songs from there onto my hard drive on my lappy, i have all my favorite songs on ipod but want it on HD

If she logged in as herself to sync her iPod Touch, then you simply need to log her out of iTunes & you log in as yourself.
