How to backup music from an iPhone 3GS ?

As the title says really, for various reasons I don't have a complete backup of the 30gb of music stored on my 3GS. Can anyone advise of a suitable program which can pull the music off of the iPhone onto a PC ?

+1 for Sharepod. get the music back on the PC and then sync it back the way as normal, and you're back where you started.
