Ipad3 RAM and CPU speed comfirmed

Some people have been able to benchmark the Ipad3 and confirm some of the specs Apple doesnt mention.

- The amount of ram has increased from 512MB in the Ipad 2 to 1GB in the Ipad3

- The CPU is the same speed and gets the same benchmark results as the Ipad2 (dual-core 1Ghz A9)

The extra ram should come in handy when having mulitple apps open, and stop IOS from shutting down apps so aggressively as memory gets low.

The extra RAM is welcome but how much of it will be needed to cope with a much higher screen resolution and accompanying apps? A good step up though.
