Idraw app query

Idraw app. Has any1 printed anything out through idraw and realised the size you wanted came out wrong? I have, i  tested it by measuring a square 2x2 inch and once I had printed it out to say the least it was not 2 inches at all. Am I missing something? advice would be gratful this app is beginning to annoy me
