Anyone know why I can watch videos such as the "how to" on this website on my
Mac mini but can't on the iPad 2 or iPhone 4s??

Because the videos must be Flash based, & it's well known that iOS does not support Flash.

Now it's been a while, and my memory is poor, but i thought we used an iOS compatible player and the videos were re-encoded in h264. That said, not working on this iphone. I'll draw the attention of the powers that be...

Does the mac use different software to the iPad, etc ??
Apologies folks, we have a bug on the video player which is preventing our videos in the main video channel from working on iOS devices. However, the Awards section videos do still work on iPhone/iPad.
We had a look at this yesterday and it appears it may need a code fix. Unfortunately we now have a code freeze over the Christmas/New Year holidays due to minimal tech support, so I suspect this won't get fixed until January. Please bear with us.
And just for clarity, all the videos will still work normally on a Mac or PC.
