Hi folks,just got an ipad2.
I would like to store all my ripped cd's in flac into itunes.....seen a few converter downloads,,but can anyone reccomend one that copies the file,leaving the origional flac?
PanasonicTX-P46GT30B..Yamaha RX-A1010...Music Fidelity M3i...OPPO105EU...KEFR100/R200C/3001SE/HTB2SE...SkyHD2TB...QED Copper Speaker Cable /HDMI/Analogue...PS3...IPAD2
i used dBpoweramp and batch converted my whole flac collection to mp3 for use on my phone. it leaves the original flacs untouched.
LOUNGE: SONY KDL-46W4000; STR-DA2400ES & BDP-S350; SKY+; TOSH SD3010 DVD; PIO PD-F1009 MULTI CD; WII; KEF CRESTA 2 fronts,CRESTA 1 rears CRESTA CENTRE; BUDGET INTERCONNECTS & 79/42 STRAND OFC SPEAKER CABLES BEDROOM: PANA TH42P-WD6;
iv'e got dbpoweramp.didn't realise it would do that....
Just to clarify for your future reference, convertors won't delete the old file unless you tell them to. They don't literally convert the file itself, they read it and re-save it in the format you choose.
Main system: Mac Mini 2011 > HRT II+ DAC • Cyrus 2 & PSX • Cyrus tuner • MS 10i speakers [on loan]
Also cluttering-up the place: Thorens TD160 (no cart) • Marantz CD 63 mkII KI & PM66 KI • Technics SL-P777 • Nakamichi DR-1
Thanks for that,quickly realised deletion wasn't going to happen,just been playing with it,got flac under my music,putting apple lossless in public music to seperate.Any suggestions or comments most welcome:)
