A very interesting development now. puzzled

Especially:

"Apple is also facing accusations that the document that helped it gain the original injunction appears to misrepresent the device's similarity to the iPad.

A side-by-side comparison of the two tablets features a "squashed" picture of the Galaxy Tab, making it look identical in size and shape, according to the BBC."

Does seem a bit of a clanger. Don't see how Apple thought they could get away with it? Tbf, how did it take Samsung this long to notice?

It's a bit of a non-story to be honest, even says in the article that the judge looked at the actual hardware before making his judgement.

Following on from Apple using photoshop to fake images of the Samsung Galaxy Tab - they've been at it again - this time with the Samsung Galaxy S.

It shrunk the Galaxy S down to iPhone size -- 115.5 by 62.1 mm.  It also cherry-picked an image of the iPhone 3G, a defunct model it has not produced since 2009, as that model had more rounded edges -- like the Galaxy S -- and unlike Apple's current production iPhone (the iPhone 4).

Mark Kruhl laywer at dutch firm Wiseman says "It surprises me that for the second time incorrect presentations of a Samsung product emerge in photographic evidence filed in litigation. This is not appropriate and undermines Apple's credibility both inside and outside the court room. Apple has certainly some explaining to do, if only to clear itself from the appearance of improper behavior."

The 3G has an identical case design to the 3GS, which is still for sale

Sorry - should have made clear the image that Apple used is of a pre-production 3G that they never actually produced.

So u can see how they are bending the facts.

This all just shows that Apple are scared of the competition.  Smile   They're too expensive and this has been found out by Android users IMHO. Style over substance.
