Music to Android-Motorola Razr

I have just got a new Motorola Razr and want to transfer music (albums) from itunes to the phone.

I have installed the motorola software but it just gives the option to sync ALL from itunes or WMP.

 

I only want to put 10-20GB of music on the phone (not the full 60GB+)

 

Any usefull apps or software?
