Hey my EVO 3D Camera keeps turning on

Hey I have one of those 200.00 evo 3D phones and just updated it to ICS, as it was released yesterday, but for some reason when the phone is locked and you get a message or sometimes when you check your email, it goes directly to the camera and not the function I chose.

This only happens when the phone is locked and I press the message tab down to the circle thing at the bottom to look at my messages.
