RE: Google Android Director on Nexus strategy

It always puzzled me why Motorola isn't making the Nexus devices.

"From my perspective as a partnership director, they are another partner. We are really walled between the Motorola team and the Android team. They would bid on doing a Nexus device just like any other company."

Now that Nexus has established itself as a brand (stronger than the Motorola brand in selling devices), I still think the next logical step is for Motorola to make Nexus phones and tablets.
