Dell Honeycomb update

Hi,

I have a Dell Streak 7" with Froyo and an update to Honeycomb is available. Is it a worthwhile update, I mean, Honeycomb is much better?Do I need to backup the Android software that comes with the Froyo,or is not necessary?Sorry, but I don´t know nothing about Android, it is first time I own a Android tablet
