Y cable splitter

I am currently using a pair of Y phono adapters and then cables to change the single stereo output from my NAD T163 to my T973 and C270 power amps, but I would like to change this for a Y cable without the adapters. Does anyone know of a good quality cable to do this (or a company that can make them?)

The cables I am using are Van Den Hul D102 mk3, so would like something similar.
