THX Certified Monster Digital Fiber Optic Cable , compatibility with non THX certified equipment

hi everbody and hello Andrew and others
These are the THX certified cables by MONSTER
1. 4 ft./1M Digital Fiber Optic Cable , Model No:- THX I100 FO-4.
2. 4 ft./1M Component Video Cable Model No:- THX V100 CV-4.
please suggest whether these will be compatible with non THX Certified equipment like YAMAHA RXV-430 reciever (5.1 channel) and philips DVD 733 dvd player and PANASONIC LCD TX-32LX700(model as in India) / TX-32LXD700(as in U.K)

What made you look at those?
Don't see why they wouldn't work it's just a cable made to a certain spec. Not sure how good Monster stuff is but think it's overpriced. You don't need a flash optical cable but a decent component will make a difference, look at Supra too.
