Squash balls as isolation??

Has anyone tried these under their AV rack as well as under electronics. Thinking about buying a few.

I used to use them under my CDP (after WHF? mentioned it!) but didn't notice any difference. I have, however, dug them out again because my laptop can be extremely noisy when ripping certain discs, the squash balls reduce the noise massively - excellent.

used to use Audioquest sorbothane feet under my transport & DAC many years ago. Another expensive accessory that doesn't really make a difference. Just the placebo effect of spending all that money makes you believe its done good lol

At least I only wasted 10 quid but I am wiser for it. couldnt even use them underneath my unit as it raised it off the floor and put it off balance.
