Is it necessary to terminate my speaker wire or can i buy unterminated and just connect via the bare wire

I'm thinking of buying QED silver anniversary + to connect up my Onkyo605 with my Monitor Audo BR2/BRC fronts and Radius R45 rears

Also i was considering biwiring the BR2 fronts for better stereo music and possibly combining this with the QED silver micro for the rears(smaller for under the carpet)

Any thoughts

Re: Speaker wire termination

All of that sounds absolutely fine to me.

There's no reason to terminate apart from the ease of plugging/unplugging, and many believe that just using bare wire gives a better connection

The biwiring should be fine too, as will running the similar (but not identical) wires to the rears.
