SPDIF (digital optical) and digital coax switcher

Dear all,

As a spin off from a previous post, does anyone have any recommendations for the following:

I need to take audio from 2 different devices (Humax PVR and DVD player), 1 has an SPDIF (Digital optical output) and the other has a Digital coax output. However, my Bose lifestyle system will only accept 1 digital coax as an input therefore I need some kind of switcher. A couple I've found online so far are:

I like the look of the maplin unit (mainly due to the cost!) Does anyone know of any others out there (preferably in the sub £100 price range) or have any experience with either of these two? Any comments or recommendations are welcome.
