Sorry to be repetitive but..................

I'm waiting for my new stuff to arrive (samsung le46f86, onkyo tx-sr605 and kef3005se) and want to have all the cables ready to set it up.  Could somebody just confirm if I need anything other than whats in the list below:

2 hdmi cables -  (ps3 - receiver, receiver to tv) thinking 2 chord hdmi 1.3 silver plus

speaker cable - qed silver anniversary xt

terminals for speaker cable

sub woofer lead

and finally a cable to go from the tv to the receiver to get the sound from the tv coming out the surround sound.  I'm not sure what would be the best for this so any guidance would be great.

Also, what are your thoughts on getting these off ebay as there are some great savings to be made, is there anything to watch out for?
