PANASONIC RP HTX7

I am about to buy this headphones, however, decided not to spend money unwisely and asked a tip from you sound experts. Could not find any reviews of this item, has anobody tested it? I've got an itouch, so, how do you think, how would they fit each other? If this headphones is rubbish please do not hesitate to tell me.
