Just pointing out that the review was a long time ago and is very unlikely to be the cause of the shop being closed right now.
(Although now you've raised the subject again, that review will be read more than if it had been left unmentioned.)

Well you started it by mentioning that "dreadful review" in your first post.
That made it irrestible 
Not only that, but "Mark Grant Cables in Trouble?" as a thread title will lurk on Google forever more and come up every time someone searches for 'Mark Grant Cables'.
You now owe it to him (as a pleased customer) to start a thread called something like... "My Mark Grant Cables are fantastic!" to balance things out a bit 
Oh dear me ! Started as a simple concern a simple question! Was concerned a great product and a great guy to deal with, had maybe fallen by the wayside!
If anyone on here wants a proper review of his products, try this:BRILLIANT.
Am not interested in getting into the usual hostile slanging match we often find here!
