Klipsch Image S4 vs Sennheiser CX 300 II

Hello. I need to buy some in-ear headphone for my ipod.

I came to the conclusion these two are probably the best for the price.

I know the sennheiser is really cheap, but how does it stands against the klipsch? I read the klipsch are really really good...
