Integrating Speaker Cables into the wall for 5.1 setup

Hi

I'm just doing a ground floor extension and wanting to put a new setup in the resulting open-plan living area - what I don't want is cables everywhere (solid floor, rather than carpet, so can't run underneath...). Anyone got any advice on what speaker cable and sockets to use so that I can plug a speakers into the wall directly on a bracket (thinking the QAcoustic 2000i setup...). Cable length will be about 6-7metres.
