Headphone Amp

Hi,
A guy I know at the workshop next door has an LG HT752TH system but it doesn't have a headphone socket. Would he be able to buy a Pro-ject Head Box MKII and use a line out? I'm not clever (anyway) on headphone amps and wondered if this particular amp would fit into his system. He likes to listen to movies while his wife's asleep - obviously no headphone socket on the LG system is a bit of an oversight on his part...
I can't see the sytem listed on the LG site - nor can I find it on the usual white goods sites.
