hi I have a virgin v+ hd box which is the best 10 m hdmi lead to connect to my sony kdl32d3000 tv that is in another room a cheap won or a dear won and will I loose any picture quality with this length thanks mike
Longer-length HDMI runs can cause problems, so it's best to buy a decent cable that's been proven over the 10m distance. QED's Qunex HDMI-P costs around £135 for a 10m cable, or if you can't stretch to that, Profigold's PGV1010 is a decent budget buy at @£60 for a 10m run.

hi clare is it worth paying more to upgrade to the qed reference hdmi-sr or am I wasting my money for that bit extra quality thanks mike
The standard QED HDMI-P would be fine with your set-up.
