HCFR with Eye One Display

Can any one help me here, im trying to use an eye one display 2 with HFCR software. on windows 7. i can get the eye one to reconise its self within the eye one sofware, however when i try to use it with the HCFR it says there is a file missing. i found the missing file and installed it in to the HCFR file (although i did just drag and drop) but i still cant get it to work. any ideas?
