Gadget to play MP3 / Personal DVD through car radio

Hello, first time poster and WHFS&V subscriber here.

As the title of this thread implies, I'm looking for recommendations for a device or gadget that will let me play my ancient Creative Zen Touch MP3 player, and my Personal DVD player via my car stereo. The Zen has a headphone output and a USB 2.0, while the DVD player has a headphone output, coaxial and AV out.

Something like the Belkin TuneCast 3 will do the job. It plugs into your MP3 player or DVD personal's headphone socket, and transmits on a frequency your car radio can pick up.

About £25 with minimal Googlage.

I've been reading the reviews on Amazon, and they make pretty grim reading...

well the other option is a new car head unit.

sure there must be better FM transmitters out there?

Having tried this and other units myself, I have to say I've not had these kind of problems.
