Hello All,

Can someone please tell me why whenever i logout my password and/or email address are not recognised despite entering them correctly meaning i am unable to log in without first requesting a one time log in from WHF and then having to change my password? It's just getting beyond a joke now and there is no issue at my end, many thanks.

Oldboy.

I'll flag this up to our digital people, but you are logging in with your username rather than your password, aren't you?

Apologies for your problems. The password is case sensitive, if that helps - and you need to use your User Name, not your email address on login.

Also, can I please check which browser you're using?

Thanks Andrew and Clare for the prompt replies, much appreciated! I'm not doing anything differently from before and my browser is Firefox, it remembers the details of my log in info but when i logout and then try to log in again computer says no?? Not a huge issue for me just annoying now so i would be grateful for a solution, thank you Cry

Hi, i'm one of the people who built the site.

Are you using the new reset password to log back in with? (IE once you have recreated a password do you log out and then use the new password to log back in.) My guess is that Firefox is remembering one of your previous passwords.

We haven't changed any of our code this end by the way.

Have you tried deleting all your cookies, cache, temp files, forms, autocomplete/remembered passwords etc?

austinh7,

Many thanks for the reply. I've now disabled the password remember feature for Firefox and taken the suggestion from chebby and deleted my cookies, cache, temp files, forms, autocomplete/remembered passwords etc and it seems to have worked...not entirely sure which it was that was causing the issue but it would seem the issue WAS at my end so you have my apologies and many, many thanks for the help it's much appreciated Smile
