Is there a problem with it? It doesn't work for me. Can I upload it or do I have to link it to the external website?

It's on now. Thanks. Can I from now on change it my self (only the first upload doesn't work) or it has to be always through you guys?

NOTE TO ANYONE HAVING AVATAR PROBLEMS: please only email your picture to whathifi@haymarket.com. If you email it to our subscriptions email address, it will greatly delay resolution of the problem.

It does seem to be only the initial upload that's a problem, I've now managed to change mine on my own.

Yes, it's a known issue. Email your avatar picture to us, with the subject 'stone28 avatar', and someone will sort it this end.
