Can I suggest we put bugs all in one post, so as to make it easy for the developers to fix?

I come on here so I don't have to do work, not the other way round!

Re: UAT

For starters - quote blocks in older posts do not appear as quote blocks.

Everything seems a bit 'squashed' at footer/signature level

Timestamp for posts says 'Posted on' + '__hrs __mins ago' - ie the 'on' is superfluous.

The dividing line between posts was better when it stretched the full width of the page.

(As you can tell, I was thrown by the ability to put emoticons in titles)

Re: UAT

The new site is GREAT. Only downside is, it takes time to get used to the new outlay- in particular scrolling through the forum's posts- they all look alike! Now I have to search a lot for threads I used to follow easily.
Feels like after I just cleaned my desk! First you feel really good about yourself and all the space on your desk. Next thing you need that report you worked on last week and then you realize you can't find the d**n thing!

Ha! I like the analogy. I'm sure we'll all get used to it...

Re: UAT

New quote blocks don't work properly either (the graphics are all over the place).

Forward-delete doesn't work in this text box, extraordinarily - I'm not sure I could get that to not work if I tried (system test users must've been on Macs Wink).

Re: UAT

Big fonts/paragraph spacing on front page are a bit weird

This is all on IE6/XP Pro. Will notify any Safari issues at home.

Keep 'em coming - we've got our own lengthy list here!

Forums is the biggie, but i'm not surprised - there were real issues testing it while keeping the previous site live.

We'll do all we can to make these updates ASAP, and will of course let you know if/when we need to take anything offline to do so...
