The homepage is looking all funny
Looks like someone's kid has been playing with CSS coding or something... lol
Javascript off maybe?

Missing CSS. Refresh should sort (it's definitely there, you may just have bandwidth issue to whichever server is serving the files - there are lots).
Think your internet connection has slowed down to the point that you're just getting a text version of the homepage. It really is loading fine here.

It's been doing it for weeks(intermittently),and when it does it,a refresh doesn't work.It's only the homepage thats effected all other parts of the site load fine .......
I dont see it being my isp/speed at fault either as all other sites i use are fine.
No, not specifically download speed, but possibly intermittent failure of a connection to our content distribution servers (which means you don't necesarily get all the content from the same place). Where are you based, I'll see if I can find out whether there are any specific geographical issues affecting you.
