Searching for 3D

My dad's just got himself a 3d tv so I wanted to see what budget 3d blu ray players were around - and realised (i) it's not a search option and (ii) it doesn't appear on individual tech specs. Any chance of adding this as a searchable feature? I would have thought the 'trade' would be very happy for 3d components to be easier to find and would make consumers' lives a touch easier.
