I'm afraid until the Forum software restore/upgrade you'll need to trim the full quote within your reply window, like the rest of us (increasing un-) patient souls.

I can only apologise yet again (while firing off yet another stinky missive web-team-ward).Super Angry

It's always the web team's fault. Was it in the requirements?

Yes. And they know it's their fault. Not the same as fixing it, but it's a start....

Ooh, I don't believe I have a TDM involved - or maybe I do, but we use different acronyms....

But we already have one, boss - the indefatigable Kev.

You can see where he handles the technical deliveries below:

Technical Project Manager? Development Project manager? Like a normal Project Manager but applies the JFDI methodology rather than Prince2.

Nah, that never happens in IS. You need to wrap it up in 6Sigma before applying Prince 2 or CAPM and then AQA. Then to polish it off apply a good dose of ITSM. If all that fails drink more coffee and blame the lack of budget and ridiculously short timescales...

I'm a big fan of JFDI methodology  - not so keen on RTFM errors further down the line, though Big Smile
