New Forum/Sub Forum
Just wondered if it would worth having a new section for second hand gear. There seem to a few members now who are going down this route. It could be for pointing out good deals on eBay or Gumtree and asking others what they should be paying for used gear?
And one for headfi which can replace the dull one on home cinema 
could become a problem with guys touting their own gear ... asked Andrew the same question a while back and he said it may cause probs ...
Indeed, and already putting in around 15 hours a day on these Forums, without having to police sales and wants, too...
Absolutely - hence careful thought before any move.
I think it was mentioned elsewhere about promoting some senior forum members to moderator status. Might be possible to trial that and used gear section in one go?

Not same sort of timescale I think, but appreciate the offer 
When I say senior. I mean some of those with several thousand posts who maybe could be trusted to fulfil that role.
Ten posts or ten thousand, all forum members are of equal status.
But surely some are of more equal staus than others?
