I'm a competition winner - help!
I came back from a 2 week holiday to find a nice suprise. I had a message on my answerphone to say that I was one of the winners in the Pure Avanti Flow competition. The message said that I would receive a confirmation e-mail. I checked my e-mail but there was no confirmation there. I rang the number given in the answerphone message and spoke to Angelina who said that she would ring me back later. I was out when she did and she left another message to say that she couldn't find my details on the system so could I reply to the confimation e-mail. I rang back and left a message on Angelina's answerphone to re-iterate that I hadn't received the confirmation e-mail and asking for her to call me back. That was last Friday and despite me leaving another message on Tuesday I have heard nothing since.
Any staff here able to help?

You know, I was concerned that my post might come across impatient and guess it has. Sorry, wasn't my intention. My main concern was my details 'missing' on the Whathifi computer and I was concerned that I would suddenly NOT be a winner anymore! Thanks for your help Clare. Angelina sounded lovely and was very helpful on the phone so I wasn't complaining about her!

Calm down - she's a busy woman, our Angelina! I've passed this onto her, so i'm sure she'll deal with it ASAP.
