I can't enter the competition for the Yamaha Home Cinema - as soon as I click enter I'm taken to the log in even though I'm already logged in. Then I try again and it's back to the log in and I'm in a perpetual, frustrating loop of being logged in but being told to log in. What's going on?

Sorry about that - I'll take a look when I get in the office...

Re: Competition

Thanks John. I've just tested it at my end and it's working OK.

Nope, can't see anything amiss at this end - it sounds like you have a cookie/cache problem which is preventing the site from recognising you as logged in - I'd suggest you try clearing your cookies and cache (and making sure you're not using any 'private browsing' mode on whichever browser you're using) and logging in again.

cheers

JD

"buying your wife's birthday present?"... as Microsoft so eloquently disguise it.

Re: Competition

Have deleted cookies/cache, not using private browsing but still a problem (not on any other web site though)

Re: Competition

Just used a non-staff registration I have for testing purposes and tried the competition - don't worry, put in the wrong answer! - and it worked fine, so a bit at a loss as to what the problem is you're having...
