Can't change my e-mail address
Hi there!
I'm trying to change my e-mail address in "My Account Settings", but when I try to save changes I receive this error message:
There were errors on submission of this form
Please remove Invalid characters from short user name
The thing is, one is not allowed to make changes to that particular field...
If it works, It's fine with me.
(always liked a bit of personal attention anyway
)
So, this is the new account. Can you also keep my profile?
will do my best - bear with me...
Hi. Thanks for the tip, I shall be changing to Sky soon so no doubt will have to do the same. Andrew just a thought of the beaten track, is there any chance that you might be reviewing any of the Alessandro headphones in the near future.

Think that's all done..
You may have to sign out and back in...
Any chance of getting that dash back in the GSXR (i.e. GSX-R)?
Think that's it now...

Not really my area - you may be more likely to get an answer from the review team in the hi-fi or accessories sections

It seems to work, but I do not see my old Bio in my account settings.
Should I copy my old Bio from the old account myself, or is that just a flick of a button for you?
And my Avatar seems somewhat reluctant...
Hi Andrew. Have tried with Clare but no joy,see if you can give them a little nudge.
Thanks

If you're getting no joy from Clare, there's not much I can do...
To recap, the lack of UK distribution is holding us back (not to mention that Alessandro has never offered us a pair for review!)
With so many other, widely available headphones still to test, i'm afraid they're well down the priority list. Obviously things would be different if they suddenly were more easy to buy!
Thank you Andrew and Clare, maybe one day, we can only live in hope.

You may have to sign up again with the new address and a slightly different username, then let me know and I will delete your old account and reassign your past postings to the new one. Then I can change your username back to your current one...
Sorry, I know it's kludgy, but I think it's the best way round it
