Am I logged in or out????
This site's been really weird the last few days.
At the top right it reads 'Hi roger06' and gives me a log out link; thus implying I'm logged in. Yet there's no button to post a new thread and on reading forums all reply, quote etc buttons are gone – just a 'report abuse' link there.
What's going on?

If you log out and then in again, all is well.
No idea why, but we are doing lots of background technical gubbins at the moment, which may or may not be related.

Me too - I've just had to log out and back in to post this!
Thought it was a firefox thing on my PC as this site regularly crashes the flash player (couple of others do too though).
I have had the same problem since wednesday, logging out and back in sorts it though.

OK thanks - it's a server session variables / cookies issue I suspect.
Yep noticed that myself, I just thought it was a setting on my iPad or iPhone.
